Run "Database Configuration Assistant" in Win or dbca in Unix/Linux.
Create another database.

Hi Gopi,
As suggested you can run...
Run "Database Configuration Assistant" in Win.

Once the database is created you can invoke both the databases in parallel.
by issuing
c:\>set ORACLE_SID=DB1 ( on windows) or
$./.profile (on linux/unix)

on two different command prompts and startup both the databases.

Let me know if you need more information.

Thanks
Vamshee.
