hi,
when i start sql* plus tool it show
error-ora 12451;no listener.

how can i rectify this one?

I got 12451 pages when i searched

Sure you didn't get about 199 results (bit of a coincidence that you got exactly the same number of pages as the Ora error number)

Yes this is a forum site designed to provide answers to people. However, the people on this site have their own work to and provide their expertise to this site free of charge, and none of them like to spoon feed people, when all that is generally required is a simple search on google to at least point you in the direction of an answer, if not an answer in full

hi to all

i restart listener, and recreate it but it can't work it out.
but the database is open.the only problem is opened the sql*plus
and oem.
