I've 2 laptops with 2 different Oracle 9i DB and I would like move them to a server, but with only one instance, is it possible ? What can i do ?

The Oracle release is the same 9.2.0.1.0 but what if they were different like 9.2.... or 10?what will it happend?

I fail to read you.
There cannot be 2 databases with the same instance.
Every database can have only one instance in one host (A database can have N instances across N hosts. It is called as RAC).
In your case, what you can do is, Move/migrate those schema's/users from Database_2 into Database_1 or vice-versa.
Just export and import.

But is too the same if the release are different (9 and 10)?

yes. You can always export and import.
I would hold on to Oracle 10g version database (export oracle 9i version into 10g).
