If your database in NOARCHIVELOG mode, then there are no one posibility. If in ARCHIVELOG, then:
1)You can recover database until time, when you are dropped table, export dropped table, recover database till the current time, and import table.
2)You can use logminer. See docs about.

If your Oracle database version supports it, you could try to restore the table from the Recycle Bin using Flashback. Check this document (with an example).
