Hi frns,

I am using Oracle 9i Release 2 on Windows 2003 OS.Here is one problem which i am encountering on daily basis.I am observing that there is <DBNAME>CORE.LOG is getting generated every day. What could be the reason for that. I think oracle might be using some part memory allocated to OS. to avoid the core dump what actions can i perform. Do i need to change any init.ora parameters ...

Any suggestions pls let me know.

Thanks in advance
franky
