Unable to drop the user using the system login [message #193780]

Dear All,

I am getting the following error while trying to drop an user. Can somebody help on this?

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

I have already tried the cascade command. Even that is giving the same error.

This error occurs for all the users. Guess a base table referred to while dropping the user is missing. Can somebody let me know which table it could be ?
