I m getting this error ORA-1115 in Alert Log while i m opening the database. Any Urgent help will be appreciated.

Well, it's an I/O Error.
There should be an additional tracefile which mentions the datafile and the block where the error happened. Possibly with an OS Error message that states the cause, too.
I would guess either the hard drive has a problem or there is some corruption in the datafiles.
