Hi, how do I extract a dmp.Z file on windows? Does anyone know how and can help me. Thank you

Now this is probably stupid, but - what is a "Z file"?

It is some variant of a zip file.
I've seen them on *nix in the past, but I don't recall which utility creates them.

Unix compress (enter uncompress filename.Z , where filename is the name of your file)

If WINZip does not work, you may have to take it to a *nix system & run "uncompress" against it.

I don't know if the Cygwyn package contains a uncompress utility for Windoze.
