hello,
I have installed oracle 10g on solaris 10 machine.When I restart my machine listener and db goes down.how can I make listener and db auto start at restart of machine?

YOu have to create script for automatic start oracle and listener services when machine restart.

1st look in /etc/init.d/ and see if there is an oracle or dbora script, if its already there, then you just need to configure your oratab file and make sure the script is linked in rc3.d . If its not there, follow these instructions to create one
