Hello,

i'm trying to install de UTL_DBWS package under a oracle express edition. I use the loadjava command as said in documentation

loadjava -oci8 -u sys/change_on_install -r -v -f -s
-grant public sqlj/lib/dbwsclient.jar

returning the follow an error message saying:

"Sql Error while connecting with oci8 driver to default database: close connection"
"exiting: could not open connection"

I executed the command in a prompt window. I did correct? How can I open a database in a prompt window? Can i execute the loadjava command inside a sql prompt window?
